Billiard POS

Billiard POS is a local Windows application for managing billiard tables, timed player sessions, billing, customers, employees, and daily sales reports.

Monitor active players, occupied tables, current charges, and table availability from a visual room layout. Start regular or special-rate sessions, move players between tables, and confirm individual or full-table payouts.

CUSTOM BRANDING

Administrators can upload their own PNG, JPG, or WebP business logo and change the business name from the Settings screen.

LOCAL WORKSTATION APPLICATION

Billiard POS runs locally on the Windows computer through a private local server. Business and customer data remain stored on that workstation.

This edition is intended for one local workstation and does not provide cloud synchronization or multi-location support.

DEMONSTRATION DATA

The application includes fictional test customers and transactions so its features can be explored immediately. The demonstration records may be removed from inside the application.

• 64-bit computer

• Modern web browser

• Internet access may be required during the first runtime setup

Billiard POS is available free with an optional contribution. Support helps fund updates, testing, documentation, and future improvements.
